- You lead and support transformation projects, especially in the further development of the location network and the supply chain
Main responsibilities
- You will lead and develop an interdisciplinary team of supply chain managers, analysts and data specialists
- You lead and support transformation projects, especially in the further development of the location network and the supply chain
- Ensure compliance with supply chain routing, control processes and quality gates
- Identify inefficiencies and realize targeted process improvements and automation solutions
- You work closely with regions, business units, operating units and IT and coordinate cross-divisional supply chain strategies Requirements
- Completed university degree in supply chain management, business administration or a comparable field of expertise
- Demonstrate experience in leading and developing teams
- Several years of professional experience in supply chain management, operational planning or in a comparable function within an international production environment
- In-depth experience in managing supply chain transformations, network optimization projects or cross-divisional change programs
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and high level of persuasion combined with very good communication skills in English and German
