Role overview
As Team Leader Quality Management & Training, you will take responsibility for an 8-person team responsible for quality assurance, onboarding, and knowledge management in After Sales and Retail.
Your field of activity is deliberately close to operational reality: four logistics and service teams, ten branches, and an administrative back-office team are supported by your team.

Main responsibilities
- Personnel and professional management of a team of 8 employees
- You manage quality assurance, onboarding, and learning management in After Sales and Retail
- You use data to identify weaknesses, manage risks, and improve processes
- You are close to the employees on-site, uncover potential for improvement in daily operations, and get hands-on during implementation Requirements
- Initial leadership experience: in logistics or service processes
- You bring initial leadership experience, are ready to go the extra mile, and manage to inspire your team and continuously develop them
- You identify weaknesses based on data, derive measures from them, and implement them in a structured manner.
- In doing so, you actively manage change processes and accompany those affected through the transition
- Business-fluent German skills as well as secure English skills in everyday work (at least level B2)
