For our hospital we are looking for a committed personality as team leader patient admission & reception. In this versatile function, you combine leadership with active participation in day-to-day business. You lead a team of around 25 employees both professionally and organizationally. They work actively in the team and ensure that our processes for patient reception and reception function reliably and patient-oriented.

Their tasks

• Operational management and management of the team (24-hour shift operation) in cooperation with the group management
• Active participation in day-to-day business and assumption of services, especially in the event of bottlenecks and unforeseen situations
• Ensuring data quality and standardised processes
• Planning of personnel assignments and responsibility for annual and operational planning including overtime and compensation management
• Ensuring quality of service on the treatment pathway
• Professional and organisational development of the team
• Interdisciplinary participation in projects
• Close cooperation with the Head of Clinical Support, Finance and other internal and external contacts

Your profile

• A commercial basic education or medical basic education supplemented by an administrative further education
• Social security training
• Good knowledge of the procedures and processes in an acute hospital as well as experience in patient reception and process management
• Ideally, you will have leadership training at the level of team leadership and/or experience in training learners
• A pronounced service and customer orientation in dealing with patients, relatives and internal and external contacts
• Good user knowledge in MS Office, PEP, Business Central and KISIM
• Very good knowledge of German with stylish oral and written language
• Foreign language skills are an advantage
