Main responsibilities
- Personal and professional management of the product management team Private customers.
- Further development of the product strategy in accordance with the corporate strategy.
- Overall responsibility for the entire product and service portfolio.
- Control of the complete value chain: product structure, features, psl, processes, documents, fund offer, AVBs.
- Conception of new product features including integration of behavioral economic elements.
- Ensure the annual product requirements (e.g. tranches), Naming, USP definition, internal and external communication as well as content management on and offline.
- Creation of quantity and premium planning, implementation of product-related analyses and market comparisons, preparation for management and operational units.
- Ensuring professional compliance across all product levels.
- Support for special market-related products, co-design of market-related operations.
- Active role in transformation and product projects such as LEAP or tranches.
Key requirements
- Well-founded experience in the management and further development of teams.
- Multi-year expertise in product management Individual life as well as in-depth knowledge about the Swiss single market and private provision.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end product development process
- Ability to analyse complex issues in a structured manner and strategically develop them.
- A well-defined understanding of customer needs, market mechanisms and sales requirements.
- A secure way to act in a broad network of pension funds, actuaries, sales, IT, marketing, asset management and other areas.
- High degree of implementation orientation, prioritization competence and proactive action.
