Tasks

• Professional and personnel management of the fruit & vegetable department team in day-to-day business
• Responsibility for efficient deployment and holiday planning, taking operational requirements into account
• Promotion and development of employees through regular employee, target and performance discussions
• Ensuring that warehouse processes run smoothly, including controlling picking and carrying out random checks
• Close cooperation and proactive exchange of information with goods receipt and sub-control center Requirements
• Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ, ideally with the appropriate qualification Further training or comparable practical experience in logistics and leadership
• High resilience, reliability and an efficient, independent way of working
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
• Confident use of common IT systems and warehouse management software
• Willingness to work at night (including Sunday shifts) and to work in a permanently cooled working environment (13-15 °C) What we offer
