Tasks

• Professional and personnel management of approximately 25 employees of the Storage Care team
• Ensuring professional, safe and high-quality patient storage in the operation area
• Planning, organisation and coordination of daily work processes in the area of responsibility
• Responsibility for efficient personnel deployment and smooth processes in day-to-day operation
• Promotion, support and further development of employees
• Active participation in the further development of storage care and interprofessional cooperation
• Close cooperation with surgical care, anesthesia, the medical service and other interdisciplinary interfaces
• Participation in the preparation and commissioning of our new building, which we will move into in January 2027 with a total of 18 modern operating rooms

Requirements

• Completed training as a specialist in storage care or willingness to complete it
• Sound expertise and practical experience in storage care
• Ideally, initial leadership experience as well as a completed or planned further training in the field of leadership and management
• Strong social, communication and organisational competence
• Enjoyment in the management and development of employees
• Resilient, responsible and team-oriented personality
• High service orientation and a strong quality and safety awareness
• Willingness to actively shape change and support the development of new structures and processes
