- Perform performance discussions and employee qualifications
- To help shape the continuous improvement process (CIP) in operational operations
- Promote and further develop cross-divisional cooperation within the distribution centre Working in location-based projects Requirements
- 5 years of professional experience: in a comparable position
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): supplemented by further training as a logistics specialist with a federal certificate
- Demonstrate leadership experience in larger teams
- Process-oriented and cross-sectoral thinking and action
- Empathy and enjoyment of working with different cultures
