- You will lead a motivated team of 17 Pharmaceutical Assistants in all personnel and professional topics and create an appreciative and positive working atmosphere in which everyone can contribute and develop.
- You have the overall view and coordinate the team in hectic situations.
- You ensure a good balance between the needs of the team and the requirements of the operation.
- You bring in ideas, question existing processes and actively design improvements.
- You work closely with nursing, doctors and other specialist areas and are an important contact person within the hospital.
- You participate in projects, quality initiatives and the further development of our hospital pharmacy.
Requirements
- You have completed your training as a specialist Pharmacy EFZ or Pharmaceutical Assistant EFZ and have several years of professional experience in a pharmacy, ideally in the hospital environment.
- Leadership experience is a big plus – it is important to us that you can inspire, promote and take people with you.
- You enjoy working with people and taking responsibility.
- Organizational talent, initiative and a solution-oriented way of thinking are central characteristics of you.
