You have the responsibility for seven children and adolescents with regard to their living and development areas and you lead the respective location discussions.
You coach your employees in the residential group in parent cooperation with a systemic focus.

You lead, support and qualify your employees.
You take over the quality assurance within the offer.
You work on the board of directors and in specialist groups and thus shape the further development of the institution.
You will lead team meetings, participate in supervision as well as systemic and psychiatric specialist and case counselling.
You accompany prospective social pedagogues during training. Requirements
Studies in Social Education/Social Work (FH/HF) or a comparable education.
You have a leadership education or desire to do one.
Experience in the stationary area is a plus.
