Team leader electrical production (gn)
Your tasks
- Personal and technical management of electrical production with around 20 employees as well as targeted further development of the team and skills
- Ensuring day-to-day operational business through forward-looking capacity, scheduling and work planning
- Taking on a key role in the further development of electrical manufacturing by actively shaping changes in organization and processes as well as introducing modern, digitally supported and efficiency-increasing manufacturing concepts
- Responsibility for occupational safety, quality, delivery reliability and productivity
- Close cross-departmental collaboration with engineering, project management, supply chain, quality and external partners
Your profile
- Training as an automation engineer with further training to become a technician, industrial foreman or a comparable qualification as well as corresponding professional experience
- Several years of management experience in an industrial production or assembly environment
- Strong design and implementation skills as well as experience in the further development of organizations, processes or value creation models
- Practical knowledge of lean management, continuous improvement and ideally the design of manufacturing and value creation concepts
- Good ERP and IT knowledge as well as experience in the digitalization and further development of industrial production processes
- Clear, authoritative communication, entrepreneurial thinking and good spoken and written German and English
