This is what awaits you
- You lead your in-house service team with 4 employees in cooperation with the agency management (sicfertigung target achievement, implementation of training, further development of employees, etc.).
- You organize the in-house service (weekly planning, distribution of tasks, control tasks, absence management, etc.) and ensure the service standards.
- You independently look after existing insured persons and maintain daily customer contact.
- You acquire new customers independently, proactively arrange appointments and sell needs-based health and prevention solutions.
- You create offers, carry out administrative work and proactively schedule appointments.
- You work on trade fairs and stand actions and represent CONCORDIA on site.
