Eine Weiterbildung in Leadership oder die Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren.
Du bringst die Bereitschaft zum Pikettdienst (ca. 8 Wochen pro Jahr) und punktueller Einsätze ausserhalb der normalen Bürozeiten mit.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch, sowie gute Kenntnisse einer zweiten Landessprache.

The RBL is one of the largest and most efficient marshalling yards in Europe and is the most important sorting facility for single wagon and cargo express traffic in Switzerland.
The RBL is the place of work for around 380 employees, of which around 150 employees are based in your new area of operation in the RBL region of Cargo Production.
