Team Lead Electrical Engineering

Their tasks

• Professional and personnel management as well as further development of a dedicated electroengineering team
• Responsibility for the further development of existing products and evaluation of new components and technologies
• Close cooperation with product management, production, sales and other specialist areas
• Ensuring and continuously improving engineering standards, processes and quality policies
• Planning and coordination of resources, projects and engineering activities
• Initiation and implementation of CIP improvement measures

Your profile

• Solid basic technical training and further education at HF/FH level (electrical, automation or system engineering)
• Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering as well as experience in the management and development of teams
• In-depth expertise of relevant standards, safety standards in the field of electrical engineering in mechanical and plant engineering
• Profound knowledge in electrical CAD systems (EPLAN P8, COMOS or comparable systems)
• Understanding automation and robotics solutions, knowledge of ABB or FANUC systems are a plus
• Very good communication skills in German and English in dealing with customers, as well as internal and external contacts (gn)
• Independent, motivated and team-oriented personality
