• It is fun to bring in new ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement and thus to continuously optimize the processes.
• For the production of the products in the best quality, compliance with the given recipes, procedures and working regulations is very important and you are aware of this.
• Your efficient working method and presence on the lines is important and so you support your team.
• You have a basic training EFZ in the food sector (cook, butcher or in food or dairy technology) and have perhaps already gained experience in industry.
• Working with various operating systems (MES, SAP, Office) is no problem for you

• You are a communicative, reliable person and have knowledge of German in words and writing.
• You show your flexibility in the readiness for 4-shift incl. Weekends.
