Role overview
Tasks
- Receive, review and process administrative support and quality requests as RMA, complaint or return cases
- Professionally accompany customer complaints and escalations in writing
- Receive credits or subsequent shipments based on an informed case assessment
- Processing independently internally, for example through logistics or product management, as well as externally caused quality cases, for example by manufacturers or transport companies
- Working closely with customer service, technical support, logistics, purchasing, product management and sales
- Contact suppliers and manufacturers in writing and by telephone if necessary and agree suitable solutions
- Identify and forward abnormalities such as increased RMA quotas, theft or possible fraud attempts
- Identify process optimizations, develop concrete solutions and promote their implementation together with the participating specialist areas
Requirements
- Practical experience in customer service, after-sales service, complaint management or quality assurance
- A good technical understanding, ideally in the electronics or commercial environment
