- You coordinate the production planning of rice and coffee in close collaboration with demand planning, production, logistics, procurement, and product management.
- You proactively plan short-, medium-, and long-term production capacities, inventory levels, and shift requirements, identifying bottlenecks at an early stage.
- At least 2+ years of professional experience: in production planning, scheduling, or supply planning – ideally within the food industry

Main responsibilities
- You coordinate the production planning of rice and coffee in close collaboration with demand planning, production, logistics, procurement, and product management.
- You proactively plan short-, medium-, and long-term production capacities, inventory levels, and shift requirements, identifying bottlenecks at an early stage.
- You ensure the availability of raw materials, including mandatory stock requirements, and coordinate orders with internal and external partners.
- You ensure a high level of product availability and service level.
- You bring structure to processes, work in a system-driven environment (SAP S/4 HANA), and ensure transparency and stable operations.
Key requirements
- At least 2+ years of professional experience: in production planning, scheduling, or supply planning – ideally within the food industry
- Completed apprenticeship (EFZ): ideally complemented by further education (e.g.
- Certified Process Specialist, HF Technician, or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain)
- Technical Skills: SAP (S/4 HANA) is an advantage; strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel & PowerPoint
- Working Style: You work independently, in a structured manner, and maintain a clear overview even in fast-paced situations
