- You can achieve this by managing the production personnel and the special functions such as quality operators, maintenance operators and production technicians within the shift as well as planning the short- and medium-term personnel deployment Planning, organization and control of production during your own shift as well as prediction of the production quantities to be expected for the subsequent shifts Assuring a qualified shift transfer and transparent communication of the current production status Assuring the quality of work and workflows in accordance with the applicable regulations and processes as well as operation of the relevant control systems and ERP systems Coordination and prioritization of all measures for production assurance in cooperation with CIP team, maintenance, quality, factory IT, logistics as well as process & product engineering and initiation of necessary escalation measures Organization and implementation of internal training, training and team meetings for the continuous qualification of shift employees Active driving of continuous improvement measures such as KVP and 6S as ensuring work safety, environmental protection, cleanliness and order in the production process and promoting an efficient, team-oriented cooperation within the layer This you bring with completed technical basic training with many years of proven leadership experience as shift manager or HF degree in the technical environment with first management experience pleasure in the With us, you can expect a modern working environment, a strong team and the opportunity to actively participate in future-oriented solutions.
