Main responsibilities

- Lead the Design Control Excellence US Subchapter and ensure the delivery of process support activities in alignment with stakeholders.

- Manage working relationships and project-related interactions with R&D Networks, and other global and local functions like Quality and Regulatory.
- Drive efforts to gain efficiency within development projects and identify, communicate, manage, and escalate project issues and risks in a timely manner.
- As a line manager you will design and optimize team members’ personal professional journeys, coach direct reports, and collaborate closely with your global peers.
- You will hire and train new staff and ensure state-of-the-art technical know-how.
- Lead process enhancement activities, including working on diagnostics-wide streamlining of processes and outputs.
