- Aufgaben erwarten Sie: Unterstützung der Stationsleitung bei fachlichen, personellen und administrativen Leitung des Teams Stellvertretung der Stationsleitung während deren Abwesenheit Durchführung einer auf die Patienten angepasste Pflege, welche die Selbstkompetenz der Patienten fördert Erstellung von Pflegeplanungen und Diagnosen nach NANDA Sicherstellung der Anschlussbehandlung nach Aufenthalt im Akutspital Weiterführung von Stoma-, Wund- und Katheterpflege EDV-unterstützte Leistungserfassung LEP und FIM inkl.
- Ergebnisorientierung Mitwirkung an der ständigen Verbesserung von Prozessen und im Qualitätsmanagement Unterstützung bei der Ausbildung von FaGe's Tagesverantwortung Durchführen bzw.
