Main responsibilities

- You accept written and telephone registrations from assignees in the field of KJP
- They record registrations and coordinate recalls by the competent professionals
- They are the administrative support of the Central Ambulatorium and the U5 office hours
- You organize appointments and process the daily incoming mail
- You manage the reporting and electronic medical histories in the Orbis system
- You take over the deputy management of the Central and Regional Secretariats during holiday absences You create the monthly personnel planning You are actively involved in KJP projects Requirements
- You have completed basic commercial training (EFZ) or as medical practice assistant, experience in health care is an advantage
- They bring in-depth IT knowledge, especially in MS Office, knowledge in Navision and Orbis are beneficial
