Nephrology includes a nephrological ambulatorium with about 4500 consultations per year, an infusion room with 400-450 treatments / year, the dialysis station with about 11,000 hemodialysis per year, renal replacement procedures at the Center for Intensive Care Medicine, plasma exchange treatments and the care of patients of peritoneal dialysis and home hemodialysis.

- Together with the head of department, you take over the professional, personnel and organizational leadership of the nursing team of the Clinic for Nephrology and are jointly responsible for the treatment quality and further development of professional and patient-oriented care.
- You are jointly responsible for compliance with the establishment plan and the recruitment of new employees
- Interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation and leadership in organizing and structuring relevant processes are an exciting challenge for you.
- As deputy head of the department, you are particularly responsible for the further development of the growing nephrological ambulatory and the infusion room. Profile:
- You are a qualified HF nurse who ideally already has professional experience in a larger ambulatory or in the field of nephrology and dialysis
- You have already successfully demonstrated your leadership skills in a comparable function or are ready to undertake an appropriate training
- You are enthusiastically involved in the further development of the Clinic for Nephrology
- You practice your profession with great motivation and joy, enjoy working in a team, think and act networked and service-oriented
- In interdisciplinary questions and their implementation, you take your leadership role constructively
