Attentive and competent. We are a private clinic for psychosomatics, psychiatry and psychotherapy with 108 beds centrally located in Rheinfelden, a psychotherapeutic day clinic and two ambulatories in Rheinfelden and Aarau. The clinic is recognised by the FMH as a training centre for the specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy (2 years inpatient, 2 years outpatient), as well as by the SAPPM (2 years). Our treatments focus on individual and group psychotherapies. We work interprofessionally, resource-oriented and combine psychotherapeutic, somatic and psychosocial perspectives. We are looking for 01. April 2027 or by agreement for the ambulatory area at the Rheinfelden site Stv. chief physician (80–100%) and member of the clinic management

Your task You will take over the senior medical management of the outpatient areas at the Rheinfelden site. This includes in particular the management of the ambulatorium Rheinfelden and the psychotherapeutic day clinic. Together with the teams, you ensure the quality of treatment and maintain cooperation with our external cooperation partners. As a member of the clinic management, you are actively involved in the professional and structural development of the clinic. You work closely and across all departments with the other members of the clinic management. Your profile

• You have a specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy FMH or an equivalent recognised qualification and have in-depth clinical and psychotherapeutic experience.
• You have leadership experience and would like to contribute and further develop it in a medical management function.

In your leadership work, you combine clarity and decision-making ability with an appreciative, dialogical attitude. Open communication, reliability and an appreciative and reflective approach to different perspectives are important to you.
