Development of category-specific procurement strategies together with Category Leaders Conducting supplier analysis and market research for informed decisions Negotiation of contracts and management of supplier relationships Identification of potential savings and optimization of cost structures Responsibility for procurement projects to meet the project objectives Monitoring and reporting of supplier performance and compliance Support for demand forecasting and planning within the category Risk analysis and implementation of risk mitigation measures Collaborating with project teams to ensure timely procurement Profile & Requirements:
Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, supply chain management, procurement or a related field

Development of category-specific procurement strategies together with Category Leaders Conducting supplier analysis and market research for informed decisions Negotiation of contracts and management of supplier relationships Identification of potential savings and optimization of cost structures Responsibility for procurement projects to meet the project objectives Monitoring and reporting of supplier performance and compliance Support for demand forecasting and planning within the category Risk analysis and implementation of risk mitigation measures Collaborating with project teams to ensure timely procurement Profile & Requirements:
Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, supply chain management, procurement or a related field
Certifications such as CIPS or CPSM are beneficial
At least 3 years of experience in strategic procurement and contract negotiations in the field of construction services (including knowledge of relevant standards, e.g. SIA)
Leadership and skill in implementing category-specific strategies Strong analytical capabilities to assess market conditions and supplier performance
Knowledge of risk and compliance management Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g.
SAP Ariba, Akirolabs) and data analysis tools (e.g.
