- Comprehensive support and processing of mortgage transactions and cooperation with intermediaries
- Positioning Raiffeisen as a holistic, competent and sustainable solution provider
- Individual and needs-based advice and support for customers in the mortgage business
- Responsibility for the preparation of real estate estimates
- Detecting and exploiting cross-selling opportunities
