- You take care of the maintenance of our buildings, facilities, machines and equipment and carry out minor repairs yourself.
- You keep our outdoor facilities in order and also take part in gardening work.
- Are external craftsmen: inside us, accompany and coordinate their work on site.
- You will assist with events and ensure that our meeting rooms are ready when needed.
- You take care of the distribution of office supplies and keep track of the warehouse management of our external cleaning companies.
- You walk with open eyes through the area, recognize the need for action and take care of it. Requirements
- You have completed an apprenticeship as a specialist / specialist company maintenance and already several years of professional experience in domestic service.
- You are skilled in craftsmanship and like to tackle yourself.
- You work independently, reliably and solution-oriented.
- You like to be in contact with people and act friendly and safe towards different stakeholders.
