Role overview

Tasks: As a dedicated specialist, the quality of life of older people is a key concern.

You value good team work and are open to innovative work forms such as Grade-Skill-Mix.

In this newly created place as a specialist manager: for care for the Belp habitat, you are directly assigned to care management and help to maintain and develop care quality.

You are responsible for integrating Domicil overriding concepts and assessments into everyday care and supporting employees in the implementation (development, implementation and evaluation of nursing policies and standards).

You are ready to work with at least 50 percent of your level of employment in direct care.

As a rule, you work from Monday to Friday, with the participation in practice being self-evident.

Requirements

• Training at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, ACP, PsyKP, KWS)
• CAS Intercare or CAS in geriatric care
• Mind.

3 years of professional experience in long-term care
