In this responsible function, a central task is assumed in the areas of occupational safety, health protection and fire protection. The position contributes significantly to ensuring that legal requirements and internal guidelines are adhered to, that the safety culture is sustainably strengthened and that effective prevention and protection measures are implemented.

• Implementation and ensuring compliance with legal provisions and internal guidelines in the areas of occupational safety, health and fire protection
• Ensuring the application of the AS/GS Manual and associated valid documents
• Promotion of the occupational safety culture in the company as well as awareness-raising, training and advice of employees and managers
• Identification of hazards, assessment of risks and planning of appropriate measures
• Participation in the continuous development of the ISO 14001 certified occupational safety and environmental concept
• Implementation of various occupational safety projects and campaigns as well as participation in audits

Requirements

• 3-5 years: training safety officer EKAS, training AS/GS and training fire protection beneficial
• Eidg. Professional card: experience in the industrial environment (preferably food industry)
• Professional experience and legal basis in the fields of occupational safety, health protection and fire protection
• Experience with risk analysis and risk assessment
• Experience in accident detection and incident management
• Knowledge of prevention, emergency management and security concepts
• Experience in conducting or accompanying audits and inspections
• Experience in training and instruction of employees and managers as well as lean management
• Motivation to actively shape a sustainable safety culture in the company
• Solution-oriented and responsible working methods
• Consultative, communicative and sociable personality
• German (very good knowledge)
