- Responsibility for the quality of care on the ward in collaboration with the leadership team
- Ensuring evidence-based nursing practice and active activity in direct care
- Completed Bachelor or Master of Science in Nursing degree, or willingness to pursue a Master of Science in Nursing
- Proactive and communicative personality with strong presence in an interdisciplinary environment
Main responsibilities
- Responsibility for the quality of care on the ward in collaboration with the leadership team
- Ensuring evidence-based nursing practice and active activity in direct care
- Supporting and empowering the nursing team in complex nursing situations, accompanying the nursing process and promoting the implementation of new nursing scientific findings into practice
- Participation in the development, implementation and further development of guidelines, guidelines and concepts and ensuring their compliance
- Participation in project and working groups for the further development of nursing practice Requirements:
- Completed studies as a Bachelor or Master of Science in Nursing, or the willingness to complete a Master of Science in Nursing
- Sound practical experience in the field of surgery as well as in-depth theoretical knowledge in nursing and practice development
- Proactive and communicative personality with a confident demeanor in an interdisciplinary environment
- Goal- and solution-oriented thinking and action complemented by strong consulting and leadership skills
