What you do
- You check stationary cost statement applications for their medical causality as well as compliance with the tariff basics.
- You work closely with our internal medical specialists: female and female doctors. In addition, you are in exchange with hospitals and social insurance companies and carry out the case-related investigations.
- You are responsible for the audit and release it or reject it with justification.
- Our internal offices and external service providers advise and support you in performance management.
- You support process management in the further development and optimization in the stationary area.
- You work in a virtual, cross-location team. What you bring
- You have a degree as a qualified nurse HF. You have already worked in an acute hospital.
- You understand the Swiss healthcare sector with its actors.
- Ideally, you already have knowledge of tariff systems (Swiss DRG, TARPSY and ST Reha), as well as experience with health or accident insurance.
- Your impeccable knowledge of German is ideally supplemented by good knowledge of French (B1-B2).
