- Within our team of specialists, you assume responsibilities in an international environment and put your expertise at the service of situations where it makes all the difference. Aufgaben:
- You independently and customer-oriented manage complex automobiles with an international dimension.
- You coordinate the settlement of claims with our international partners and guarantee a high quality in the processing of cases.
- You conduct negotiations by telephone and in writing with the injured parties as well as our partners in Switzerland and abroad.
- You analyze questions of responsibility and legal aspects, and deal with remedies based on international conventions as well as ordinary legal remedies.
- You analyze claims files, make sound decisions and actively contribute to optimizations, quality measures and projects through your expertise. Anforderungen:
- You have several years of experience in managing automobile claims, ideally in an international context.
- You have perfect command of German and French, both oral and written (imperative requirement).
- Any other language is a major asset.
- You are ideally the holder of the federal certificate of insurance specialist or equivalent training.
