You check recipes for legal compliance in the national and international context
You create and review declarations and product and customer specifications

You create and manage customer documentation and ensure its timeliness
You handle customer and consumer inquiries competently and solution-oriented Requirements
2 years: Practice in a similar function at an export-oriented food manufacturer
Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): as a food engineer (ETH/FH) or comparable qualification in food law
Knowledge of Swiss & EU food law, ideally international markets and SAP
Analytical, structured working method combined with high solution orientation
Strong service orientation, initiative and enjoyment of a dynamic environment in German (negotiation certain) English (negotiable) Cosa of Friamo
