Main responsibilities
- Im Auftrag von Gemeinden beraten und begleiten Sie anerkannte und vorläufig aufgenommene Flüchtlinge im Rahmen der wirtschaftlichen Sozialhilfe und ihres Integrationsprozesses.
- Grundlage bilden die kantonalen Vorgaben sowie die Integrationsagenda. Dazu gehört insbesondere
- Die monatliche Berechnung Ausrichtung wirtschaftlicher Sozialhilfe nach kantonalen Richtlinien Psychosoziale Beratung
- Beratung und Begleitung von Massnahmen zur sprachlichen, schulischen, beruflichen und sozialen Integration, insbesondere im Rahmen der Integrationsagenda
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Gemeinden und anderen involvierten Fachstellen
- Vermittlung, Information und Triage in den Bereichen Familie, Wohnen, Gesundheit, Versicherungen, Finanzen, Ausbildung und Arbeit
- Information und Orientierung zum sozialen und politischen System der Schweiz
