- You won't create the daily content yourself, but you will directly manage and guide our Community Manager to align with the global vision.
- Pro-Athlete Partnerships: Recruit, animate, and plan yearly activations for legitimate Swiss professional athletes.
- You will focus on qualitative storytelling, offline product-testing events, and raising the perceived value of our technical gear.
- Commercial Influencer Operations: Manage lifestyle and outdoor influencers (10K+ followers) across Switzerland, with a strong focus on the Swiss-German region.
- Your goal is to drive web and store traffic through targeted commercial operations, tracking sessions, promo-code usage, and transactions.
- Ecosystem Leadership and tools: Negotiate fees and contracts, manage budgets, and ensure our partner ecosystem provides relevant geographical and product coverage.
- You will master and challenge our internal tech stack including Hero (tracking), Asana (planning), and Docusign/Gex (billing).
