Intervention firefighters provide support to public emergency organizations.
What you can make move.
You ensure operational management of the Intervention site in Biel/Bienne and the management of around 20 employees in compliance with the management principles in force at the CFF.
You guarantee optimal management of events as well as implementation of processes in line with the objectives of effectiveness, efficiency, security and quality within the site.
As a member of the Surface West Intervention management team, you represent your site vis-à-vis internal and external partners.
You are responsible for a professional and operational Intervention site;
You represent the general interests of SBB in the event of events vis-à-vis internal and external stakeholders (authorities, emergency services, etc.) on site, in order to enable a return to normal operation of rail traffic as quickly as possible.
What you bring.
Several years of driving experience in medium-sized organizations or organizational units corroborated by social skills, leadership abilities and communication skills.
Talent for negotiation and ability to assert yourself.
