- Intervention firefighters provide support to public emergency organizations.

- You ensure operational management of the Intervention site in Biel/Bienne and the management of around 20 employees in compliance with the management principles in force at the CFF.
- You guarantee optimal management of events as well as implementation of processes in line with the objectives of effectiveness, efficiency, security and quality within the site.
- As a member of the Surface West Intervention management team, you represent your site vis-à-vis internal and external partners.
- You are responsible for a professional and operational Intervention site;
- You represent the general interests of SBB in the event of events vis-à-vis internal and external stakeholders (authorities, emergency services, etc.) on site, in order to enable a return to normal operation of rail traffic as quickly as possible.
- What you bring.
- Several years of driving experience in medium-sized organizations or organizational units corroborated by social skills, leadership abilities and communication skills.
- Talent for negotiation and ability to assert yourself.
