- In a changing hospital environment, you will use your managerial experience to pilot the Pourtalès site, one of the two acute care centres at HRNe.
- You ensure the operational direction of the site and ensure the quality, continuity and efficiency of the services provided, in accordance with the objectives set by the Board of Directors.

- As a senior executive, you have an excellent knowledge of the Swiss hospital system and current public health issues.
- Personality on the ground, you can embody a clear vision, unite your teams and lead change in a demanding environment.
- At ease in college environments, you demonstrate collaborative leadership and great listening capacity.
- With excellent oral and written communication, you have strong institutional credibility and can evolve in sensitive contexts, including political and media issues.
- You exercise discernment, decision-making capacity and a strong and successful orientation, while ensuring the quality and safety of patient care.
- Excellent command of the French required; good knowledge of German and English desired.
