Main responsibilities
- Verantwortung für die Führung, Überwachung und Koordination während der eigenen Schicht
- Verantwortung für Disposition und Bestellungen
- Sicherstellung der Verkaufsbereitschaft und Sortimentsvollständigkeit
- Umsetzung der Konzeptgetreuen Warenpräsentation und der Aktionsplätze sowie die richtige Einsetzung der Verkaufshelfer und des POS Materials
- Aktiver Verkauf und kompetente Ansprechperson für Kundenanliegen
- Lagerbewirtschaftung und Qualitätssicherung
- Direkte, partizipative Personalführung, insbesondere bezüglich Einsatzplanung und Personaldisposition
- Effiziente Kostenüberwachung in allen Shop-Bereichen
Key requirements
- Einige Jahre: im Verkauf im Detailhandel
- Abgeschlossene Berufslehre (EFZ): Detailhandel
- Fachkenntnisse in den Kategorien Food, Nearfood und Nonfood
- Kunden- und verkaufsorientiertes sowie wirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln
- Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und gute Umgangsformen
- Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Bereitschaft für Früh- und Spätschicht & mobil (Beginn 05:15 Uhr)
- Kenntnisse der Lebensmittelgesetzte und –vorschriften (HACCP, Kühlkette, etc.)
- Erfahrung in der Aktionsplanung und –umsetzung Gute EDV-Kenntnisse Führungserfahrung Deutsch (sehr gute Kenntnisse)
