Create, maintain and optimize service catalogues, service documents and service blocks and ensure their timeliness
Conducting training courses for new employees and supporting users in the safe use of the performance recording software
Correct and complete performance recording of medical services in the emergency department

Coordination of the follow-up of missing services and are in close contact with the service providers
Interdisciplinary cooperation with medical controlling and patient administration
Participation in ongoing tariff projects Requirements Medical or nursing education Good tariff knowledge
Experience in performance measurement or control and electronic medical history
