As a member of the SEA Life & Health team based in Singapore, your role will be to build and maintain client relationships as well as to provide first class underwriting related services to Swiss Re’s Life & Health clients in the Southeast Asia region.

- Implements company’s underwriting policy, principles and ensures risks assumed on a sound and profitable basis
- Participates and offers underwriting expertise in departmental or company-wide activities and projects
- Supporting the Underwriting team to assess and manage case referrals
- Supports new products development and offer underwriting expertise as required.
- Supports internal Quality Assurance, governance, peer review and internal trainings.
- Adopts a partnering approach when carrying out underwriting and audits with clients
- Maintain awareness, knowledge of insurance/takaful products and concepts, as well as changes in industry initiatives (regulatory, product development, technology, etc.) and principles of risk selection
- Develops, supports, and conducts continuing underwriting education by actively participating in external training programs, meetings, and webinars
