  • We are looking for a Senior Solution Developer to design and build applications on the Board platform, with a primary focus on our Financial Consolidation & Reporting (FCR) solution.
  • This is a hands-on, senior technical role for someone who is equally comfortable speaking the language of finance and the language of system design.
  • Working as part of a collaborative team of developers, the core mission is to act as the bridge between the Product Owner and the technical build — translating functional requirements into robust, maintainable, and reliable technical solutions.
  • Design, build, and maintain applications on the Board platform, with FCR as the primary focus area.
  • Partner with the Product Owner and finance stakeholders to capture consolidation, reporting, and disclosure needs accurately.
  • Own the quality and reliability of delivered solutions, including data integrity, performance, and maintainability.
  • Support adjacent solution areas such as Lease Accounting and Tax Reporting, ensuring consistency across the wider platform.
  • Document solution design, data flows, and configuration to support handover, audit, and future development.
