- You are fully responsible for managing a Portef Elielles of an exciting investment foundation of majority residential properties in the Schaffhausen / Neuhausen / Winterthur area and have direct access to Immopac
- You work closely with the ownership and you can actively contribute your expertise in construction projects, rental rights issues and rental interest planning
Main responsibilities
- You are fully responsible for managing a Portef Elielles of an exciting investment foundation of majority residential properties in the Schaffhausen / Neuhausen / Winterthur area and have direct access to Immopac
- You work closely with the ownership and you can actively contribute your expertise in construction projects, rental rights issues and rental interest planning
- You work and control the annual budget including forecasts and control and control creditors
- You provide advice and support to tenants and owners and control the Facility Manager
- You are responsible for ensuring, executing and monitoring maintenance as well as for pediatric status assessments including reporting
- You make changes to your rental contract, change in rental rates and indexed rental rates
- You monitor the current rental interest policy and advise homeowners on setting the rental interest rate Requirements:
- You have an Eidg.
- Fachausweiss Immobilienverwaltung or an adequate training in the real estate sector
- You have several years of experience in the real estate industry, have extensive experience in rental law, as well as very good construction skills
