The Psychiatric Services Aargau AG (PDAG) is responsible for the high-quality medical, therapeutic and nursing treatment and care of mentally ill people in the Canton of Aargau.

- You lead and coordinate the persons in charge of you from different professional groups in the interdisciplinary treatment team

Main responsibilities
- You lead and coordinate the persons in charge of you from different professional groups in the interdisciplinary treatment team
- They accompany assistant physicians, assistant psychologists in further education and supervision
- You create and supervise medical reports for referees, insurance companies, legal representatives and other clients
- You actively lead team reports and training
- You conduct group psychotherapies in collaboration with an assistant
- You take over cadre services in the ambulatory and participate in the service system of the PDAG (about 6 weekend days per year at 100% expense)
- They clarify adult patients with mental disorders, treat them and undertake crisis interventions and triagulations.
- They discuss the location with relatives, advisers, employers, residential caregivers and other caregivers
- They show openness and flexibility towards future developments and are ready to actively shape and take on new tasks Profile
- You bring a Swiss-recognized specialist title for psychiatry and psychotherapy or are about to graduate
