For our station KJP-1 (acute area and area for START NOW treatment) we are looking for you as The Psychiatric Services Aargau AG (PDAG) is responsible for the high-quality medical, therapeutic and nursing treatment and care of mentally ill people in the Canton of Aargau. Over the area
In the clinic for child and adolescent psychiatry, psychosomatics and psychotherapy (clinical director Dr. med.) Angelo Bernardon) are treated children and adolescents up to the age of 18. The integrated treatment offer of the clinic includes an outpatient area with a central ambulatory as well as four ambulatory facilities distributed across the canton, a consultancy and liaison service and an inpatient area with an acute care unit, two psychotherapy units, a day clinic and a clinic school. In the teams, clinical specialists from the fields of medicine, psychology, nursing and social pedagogy work and in the clinic school teachers and curative school teachers. The Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy is a teaching hospital of the University of Zurich and a certified continuing education institution category A.
Tasks
- You manage the acute care unit and ensure the operation professionally, administratively and economically
- Together with the co-leading team nursing/social pedagogy, you lead an interdisciplinary team with a medical, psychological, nursing and socio-pedagogical workforce.
- They hire new employees, support, develop and qualify their team
- They work together with the overall management of the stationary area, as well as other departments of the KJP and external partners
- You work on the overall development of institutional and professional attitudes and implement them in your team
- You participate in the background emergency service of the clinic for child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy
Profile
- You have a specialist title for child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy FMH, are nearing completion or have an equivalent MEBEKO recognised degree
- You have a leadership education or are ready to complete one
- They promote interdisciplinary work and are open to integrative therapy concepts
- They are characterised by their own initiative, high social skills and situational communication as well as flexibility and resilience.
