Role overview
For our center for developmental and neuropsychiatry (treatments for people with intellectual developmental disabilities 18+), which is unique in Switzerland, at the attractive location in Windisch, we are looking for suitable reinforcement in September or as agreed. Our tasks will be:
Ensuring high-quality and contemporary psychiatric-psychotherapeutic care based on legal and operational framework conditions as well as specialist recommendations (inpatient, outpatient and outpatient)
Leading the multi-professional and interdisciplinary team, taking values into account and management principles of the PDAG
- For our center for developmental and neuropsychiatry (treatments for people with intellectual developmental disabilities 18+), which is unique in Switzerland, at the attractive location in Windisch, we are looking for suitable reinforcement in September or as agreed. Our tasks will be:
- Ensuring high-quality and contemporary psychiatric-psychotherapeutic care based on legal and operational framework conditions as well as specialist recommendations (inpatient, outpatient and outpatient)
Company and context
- Ensuring the achievement of current annual goals as well as other quantitative and qualitative goals of the organizational unit
- Ensuring careful, structured case documentation
- Ensuring professional further training or the "on-the-job training" of the subordinate employees as well as further training supervision
- Collaboration in a multi-professional and interdisciplinary team
- Participation in PDAG training, further education and training offers
- Public relations and network maintenance in the context of various occasions
- Participation in projects, orders and adjustments according to the clinic management
- Participation in the PDAG service system Requirements:
- Completed further training to become a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Interest in the specialist area of developmental and psychotherapy Neuropsychiatry
