Role overview

You address the applications of the technical service and, together with internal and external partners, ensure a stable, secure and sustainable operation.

You are the interface between disciplines, technology, IT, suppliers and management and create transparency about risks, dependencies and priorities.

Your tasks

• You ensure the stable operation and further development of the applications of the technical service.

• You coordinate cooperation between departments, IT, infrastructure, external partners and suppliers.

• You’re puggling with active stakeholder management and communicating risks and target conflicts transparently.

• You establish clear procedures for professional and sustainable application operations.

• You analyse technical requirements and guide changes as well as optimization measures.

• You will ensure a comprehensible documentation as well as structured change, test and acceptance processes.

Your profile

• You bring several years of experience in application management or in a comparable function.

• You looked after business-critical applications, ideally in a complex environment.
