- This position supports the local sales unit (Motion) in Baden, Canton Aargau. Your main responsibilities
- Technical consulting & solution development: You support sales and customers in selecting technically optimal and economically viable solutions for drive and automation systems.
- End-to-end quotation management: You prepare and calculate technical and commercial quotations and support them through to successful completion.
- Analysis & optimization: You analyze customer needs, market and competitor information, as well as lost opportunities, and derive targeted improvement measures.
- Collaboration & quality assurance: You work closely with sales, business units, and other stakeholders and ensure compliance with quality, compliance, and HSE standards.
Key requirements
- for the role
- Completed technical education (e.g., automation technician, electronics technician, automation specialist, or similar)
- Several years of professional experience (min. 5 years) in sales support, sales, or project environments
- Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
- Analytical mindset and understanding of markets and processes
- Initiative, structured way of working, and assertiveness
- Advantageous: French language skills and further education at HF level (e.g., certified technician HF)
