- Manage customer projects from opportunity identification through successful closure, developing tailored technical and commercial solutions together with internal teams and partners.
- Technical background with a relevant degree, diploma, or vocational qualification in electrical engineering, power distribution, or a related field.
- German language skills are an advantage.
Main responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by identifying new market opportunities, building a sustainable sales pipeline in Salesforce, and developing targeted business strategies.
- Manage customer projects from opportunity identification through successful closure, developing tailored technical and commercial solutions together with internal teams and partners.
- Foster long-term partnerships through proactive needs identification, expert consultation, and excellent customer service throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Coordinate all relevant stakeholders and ensure professional sales processes through clear communication regarding lead times, commercial terms, and contractual conditions. Your Background
- Several years of successful experience in technical sales or project sales, ideally within switchgear, power distribution, or building technologies, with a proven track record of delivering results.
Key requirements
- Technical background with a relevant degree, diploma, or vocational qualification in electrical engineering, power distribution, or a related field.
- German language skills are an advantage.
