Who are we?
The Buildings Department develops the major new construction or renovation projects by promoting the architectural competitions and intended for the activities of the state of Fribourg: Training, Justice and Police, Social Domain, Administration, Research Laboratories, Logistics are some of the areas in which we pilot the state projects.
For an exceptional project in the canton of Fribourg, we are looking for a leader of projects dedicated to the progressive consolidation of the real estate heritage of the state of Fribourg (framework credit).

Application process
- You guarantee the application of state and public procurement procedures
- You maintain the overall plan of commitments and expenditures
- You are a strong proponent of cross-cutting and multi-factorial projects, demonstrating initiative, functional leadership and strong communication skills among the various stakeholders involved in meeting the various challenges of the Building Service
- Within the framework of your autonomy, you know how to keep your superiors informed by anticipating the topics to be raised Profile desired M aster in architecture or engineering or training deemed equivalent
- ideally complemented by a CAS in construction project management
- You have several years of professional experience in leading large complex real estate projects
