Tasks
As an infrastructural housekeeper (m/f/d), you ensure order, cleanliness and security through regular inspections on the industrial site and in the properties. You MANAGE the operation: With your organizational skills, you coordinate service providers and internal bodies confidently, control missions forward-looking and use your practical knowledge in a targeted manner to ensure smooth processes and satisfied users.
- Independent provision of infrastructural housekeeping services on an industrial site in Baden
- Regular checks on the premises and properties to ensure order, cleanliness and safety
- Recording of defects and damage (e.g. floors, walls, windows, gates, outdoor facilities) in the ticket system / CAFM
- Ensure proper and well-maintained appearance of the properties and outdoor areas
- Operation of selected day-to-day installations (e.g. gates, lighting, barriers)
- Coordination of appointments and support of external service providers (e.g. electrical, sanitary, painter)
- Supporting the technical team in deployments, internal shifts and smaller projects
- Readiness to assist in seasonal operations (e.g. winter service, severe weather)
Requirements
- Completed vocational apprenticeship as a specialist / employee maintenance EFZ (focus on domestic service) or comparable craft training with at least 5 years of practice in building maintenance
- Professional experience in infrastructural facility management (IGM), ideally in the industrial or commercial environment
- Basic technical understanding and skill
- Reliable, independent and discreet working method in the direct field of view of the customer
- Very good manners, well-kept appearance and high service orientation
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing
- Basic English skills are beneficial
- Safe handling of digital work equipment (tablet, smartphone, MS Office / ticket system)
- Valid driving licence of category B (category BE / forklift of advantage)
