- You lead the team of emergency care and reception station with around 24 employees in terms of expertise, personnel and organisation
- You take responsibility for a high quality of care and promote its continuous development
- You ensure an optimal and economical use of human and material resources
- You work closely and interdisciplinary with the cadre doctors and assistant doctors of the emergency department
- You will continuously develop care standards, work processes and existing structures
- You work actively in shift operations and support your team in everyday operations
- Completed further education as a Dipl. Expert Emergency Care NDS HF or Intensive Care NDS HF
- Several years of professional experience in emergency care
- Leadership experience and a completed leadership training
- A committed, initiative and open personality with a high sense of responsibility
- Enjoying promoting, motivating employees and achieving goals together
- A goal-oriented, pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working
- High resilience, organisational talent and decision-making strength
- Strong quality and service awareness
