- Lead and represent the department with 45 members: people management (recruitment, development), support of project portfolio management and research strategy, continuous improvement of processes and lab infrastructure

- Guarantee professional, top quality definition and execution of R&D projects
Key requirements

- Experience in leading an R&D group or an R&D department Communication and leadership skills
- PhD in physics, electrical engineering, computer science, chemistry or a similar R&D track record
- Knowledge of at least two of the core topics described above, combined with a willingness and ability to develop knowledge in other areas
- Experience with the development process for industrial products
- Track record in delivering market-oriented R&D results
